This anonymous, voluntary survey is offered to all individuals attending either of the two state-sanctioned programs below as a result of an alcohol-related infraction:

• Assessment Course Treatment (ACT) Program (typically individuals arrested for Driving Under the Influence, DUI)
• MIP (Minor in Possession) classes.

Statewide results are available quarterly and regional results for communities participating in the MT Community Change Project are available bi-annually. The links below provide the most recent quarterly statewide reports. It is expected results of the survey will be of value to both alcohol treatment and prevention providers.
